    The Synergy Housing Group maintains all of its properties using its in-house maintenance teams based in Ferndown (East Dorset Housing Association Property Maintenance Division) and Weymouth (Weymouth and Portland Housing Building Maintenance Division).

    Purbeck Careline Community Alarm Service has been in operation since 1989 and provides a range of services to both individuals and corporate clients across the county. The service has twice been awarded the prestigious Charter Mark from the Home Office.
