Meet Your New Housing Officer

Tenants are being invited to meet their new housing officers
following some area changes at Weymouth and Portland Housing
(WPH).
The Lynch Lane-based social landlord has reallocated a number of
roads in a bid to further improve it services.
Team leader Ian White explained: "We have carried out an
extensive review of each housing officer's area and made some
changes to allow for a better delivery of service.
"A number of our tenants will now have a new person looking
after their needs, which in turn will take some pressure off their
previous housing officer and allow for better efficiency all
round."
Among those effected are WPH tenants living in the Goulds Hill,
Chapel Lane, St Lawrence Road, Bridlebank Way, Juniper Way,
Blackberry Lane, Coppice Court, Milton Crescent, Beaumont Avenue
areas of Upwey and Weymouth who will now be served by Lorraine
Lennox.
Lorraine will also be looking after residents of Cobham Drive,
Canterbury Close, Winchester Close, Colchester Way, Stainforth
Close and Rochester Court.
Meanwhile Trish Randell is now WPH's housing officer for Sutton
Road and Preston Road.
